Roles & Responsibilities:
- Responsible for driving the sales across categories for all the categories in Services business
- Lead the complete cycle of new customer acquisition, on boarding and service delivery
- Responsible for achievement of the product wise financial metrics
- Executing seamlessly the key initiatives focused on category penetration in existing customers & retention
- Driving the margins from the onboarded customers and improving the profitability
Key Skills:
- Sales Acumen: Relevant market knowledge and ability to drive revenue numbers through various sales channels
- Relationship Management: Ability to drive numbers through retail outlets, customers, Channel partners and internal team
- Customer orientation: Ability share insights with the internal sales team and work closely to solve customer pain points
- Team Management: Ability to manage and build high performing team
- Product Orientation: Ability to share insights on product and process gaps and drive adoption of digital product platforms
